Industrial Finishes in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to fulfill orders accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service. You will help rotate inventory, operate a forklift, tint paint, and assist with inside sales tasks, all while upholding safety protocols and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and ability to handle hazardous materials per protocol.
• Ability to operate a forklift and support warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is stocked and warehouse is clean and organized with safety in mind.
• Process orders via phone, email, or in person, including will-call and inside sales support.
• Mix or tint paint, provide product knowledge and MSDS information to customers.
• Operate a forklift, assist with inventory counts, and support shipping.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to supervision as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and collaborate with branches and departments.
