Job Description

As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Operator, the primary duties and obligations include but are not limited to delivering aftermarket automotive parts and accessories over established routes or within an established territory, assisting in the warehouse stocking shelves, and performing essential clerical duties related to the warehouse. The driver must pull and stage from stock in the warehouse, load, and drive a non‑commercial delivery van to deliver the products to our customers.

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan, commonly known as an ESOP, is a retirement benefit for all employee‑owners. Similar to a 401(k), only better! Responsibilities

• Accurately pull products from warehouse stock and stage outgoing orders for delivery.
• Load and unload products from company delivery vehicles and accurately confirm & receive inbound shipments and returned goods.
• Operate non‑commercial delivery vehicles to customers’ locations throughout the respective territory.
• Collect COD and credit card payments from active accounts and customers.
• Stock shelves, receive goods, verify inventory, and accurately record data via scanner and/or manually.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.

Work Environment

• Exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Work in enclosed vehicles and open warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Meet insurance requirements, including a minimum of three years of driving experience with a clean record.
• Ability to operate a smartphone for customer payment collection and timekeeping tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software, including inventory database programs.
• Strong knowledge of customer and personal service principles, including customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must already possess a Forklift Operator Certification or be able to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Team Allied will fully fund all necessary training and certification programs.

Physical Demands & Abilities

• Consistently lift and carry 25-50 lbs.
• Safely climb platform ladders up to 12-14 feet in height.
• Perform physical movements such as bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching with the body, arms, and legs.
• Maintain close‑range and safe‑distance vision for detailed tasks.
• Navigate, maneuver, and drive vehicles safely.
• Apply maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
• Demonstrate dexterity and coordination to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects quickly.
• Engage in physical activities requiring significant use of arms, legs, and the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
