Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a warehouse/delivery associate to support the delivery and setup of products nationwide. The role involves loading and unloading cargo, documenting deliveries, and ensuring on-time service with strong customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with navigation systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, receive, and provide documentation for delivery or pickup to ensure timely service.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo and operate a truck over 3 tons.
• Obtain client signatures acknowledging receipt of delivered products.
• Provide exceptional customer service during setup and removal of old products.
• Maintain logs of travel and cargo per regulations and conduct daily vehicle inspections.
