Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Warehouse/Driver in Honolulu, HI for a full-time role that supports on-time deliveries and proper product setup. You will load and unload cargo, manage documentation, and interact with customers to ensure a smooth handoff.

Weekend availability is required, and a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is expected. The position offers benefits, growth opportunities, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of related driving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of navigation systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, receive, and provide documentation for delivery or pickup.
• Load, secure, and unload cargo.
• Operate a truck that transports cargo to and from destinations.
• Obtain client signatures acknowledging receipt of products.
• Provide excellent customer service during setup and removal of old products.
• Maintain contact with router for delivery/pickup instructions.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules.
• Maintain logs of travel and cargo per regulations.
• Complete required training and certifications on time.
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards.
• Communicate any concerns to leadership.
• Assist in warehouse duties when necessary.
• Support safe transfer of products between locations.
