Job summary

Echo Electric, a leading electrical distributor, seeks a driver/warehouse associate to ensure safe, efficient delivery of electrical supplies in the Davenport area. You will also assist with warehouse tasks, load/unload, and ship orders while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a valid CDL Class C within 30 days, a clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Expect 8 AM–5 PM, M-F, with an starting rate of $18–$22 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Class C license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Successful completion of driver qualifications per DOT regulations.
• Drive company trucks with care, follow traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Provide solutions or contact information when problems arise.
• Load/unload materials safely using proper equipment.
• Receive and verify deliveries and returns for quality and quantity.
• Cut wire/rod/strut with appropriate equipment.
• Sweep and maintain a tidy warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders, from small boxes to pallets.
• Record losses of damaged or defective materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical supplies safely and on time.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Load and unload items from trucks and prepare shipments.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment when necessary.
• Verify deliveries and returns for accuracy and condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse workspace.
