Job summary

Worldpac’s California branch is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to drive established routes, deliver products, and perform shipping/receiving duties. The role includes creating records, dispatching orders, and maintaining accurate delivery manifests.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and strong customer service with attention to detail. Forklift/pallet jack experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the country of application.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Meet state/province driver’s license requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and going above and beyond.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Operate safely and keep a clean work environment.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to drive safely and follow safety standards.
• Capable of operating equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Able to use computer and handheld RF device.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise on a route.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for storage or designated areas by part and quantity.
• Ensure customer orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers and maintain necessary documents.
• Other duties may be assigned.
