Job summary

Industrial Finishes and Systems, Inc. in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while delivering friendly, responsive customer service.

You will stock showrooms, process orders by phone, email or in person, and assist with inside sales tasks. You will operate a forklift, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Stock showroom, rotate inventory, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Process customer orders via phone, email, or in person with service focus.
• Assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices.
• Operate forklift to move stock and support shipping/receiving.
• Maintain safety procedures and PPE usage; handle hazardous materials as needed.
