Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of the Metro area preferred.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure showroom is stocked, inventory rotated, and warehouse cleanliness maintained with safety in mind.
• Process customer orders by phone, email, or in person with excellent service; assist with inside sales tasks.
• Mix or tint paint as needed and provide product information including MSDS and hazard details.
• Move stock, receive freight, assist with inventory counts and shipping duties.
• Handle customer issues and escalate to supervisor as needed; follow safety protocols.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promote safety; collaborate across branches.
