Job summary

Industrial Finishes in Bend, OR is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate. The role combines order fulfillment, customer service, paint-related tasks, and inventory management in a small team setting that values integrity and a balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience required.
Reliable, good work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Process customer orders by phone, email, or in person, including will-call orders and inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting.
Move stock, rotate inventory, and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Mix or tint paint as needed and provide product information including MSDS and hazard identification to customers safely.
Handle customer complaints or issues and refer unresolved grievances to a Supervisor or Manager, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and promote safety awareness while collaborating with branches/departments.
