Job summary

FBS Appliance in Austin, TX seeks a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate to stock, deliver, and manage inventory. You will drive a 26ft box truck and help stage products for delivery while upholding our core values.

The role requires at least 1 year of 26ft truck driving (non-CDL), strong multitasking, and reliable communication. You must lift up to 50 pounds (200 with a hand truck) and work in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of 26ft box truck driving experience (non‑CDL).

• Teachability, willing to learn and adapt to the FBS way.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and 200 pounds with a hand truck/pallet jack.
• Capability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach for products.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Capability to go up and down stairs.
• Ability to work in ambient temperatures including daily outside measurements.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Driving a 26ft box truck
• Pull and stage product for delivery
• Unload and receive truck deliveries and relocate product to designated locations within the warehouse
• Use scanner devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Delivery to satellite warehouse locations and/or customer locations 2-3 days per week
• Deliver product to customers in pristine condition, ensuring the customer’s house is undamaged during and upon delivery completion
• If no deliveries for the day, assist the warehouse team
