Job summary

Professional Contractor Supply in Arlington, TX seeks a Driver Associate to operate a company delivery truck, load and unload merchandise, and support warehouse tasks. The trucks are 16-foot Isuzu stake beds; a Class A/B license is not required but helpful.

You must have a valid TX driver's license, be 23+, and have at least two years driving experience with 16-ft trucks, forklifts, or man lifts; able to lift 50 lbs; and proficient with computers.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid TX driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years driving experience with 16ft trucks, forklifts, and man lifts.
• Familiar with the Dallas-Fort Worth area and able to read directions/maps.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and load/deliver packages.
• Dependable with ability to follow instructions with limited supervision.
• Proficient in computer and general internet usage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively; some Saturdays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Staging merchandise for outgoing shipment and loading/unloading.
• Assist branch manager and teammates to keep warehouse neat and safe.
• Promote safety and report accidents per policy.
• Maintain vehicle and report mechanical issues; keep truck clean.
• Deliver materials to customers/jobsites and obtain signatures.
• Follow scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance plans.
