Responsibilities:

• Accurately follow driving instructions and deliver pottery supplies safely and efficiently.
• Operate a box truck confidently; prior experience preferred.
• Ensure all customer unload requests are met and paperwork is signed off and returned.
• Represent our store positively by providing exceptional customer service during every delivery.

Warehouse Support:

• Assist with daily operations at our warehouse, including loading vehicles, picking orders, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Customer Service:

• Provide outstanding service to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
• Answer questions about pottery supplies, kilns, and related products.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn about kiln assembly and pottery supplies.
• Ability to obtain a Medical Driver’s Card.
• Comfort with long-distance driving in a box truck.
• Physical capability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform warehouse-related tasks.
