Warehouse and Delivery Associate

Role Mission

As the Warehouse and Delivery Associate, you will play an important role in our customer-focused strategy by being the face of Kurz when delivering and picking up products from our customers, ensuring orders are picked accurately from within our warehouses, and safely loading and unloading trucks for the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Loads delivery vehicles, ensuring all items and materials are properly secured.
• Drives company vehicles to efficiently transport orders and items to and from customer locations.
• Completes and processes delivery paperwork for customer deliveries and pick-ups within the Netsuite software.
• Maintains and inspects delivery vehicle to ensure it is operating safely.
• Assists with picking and packing customer orders within the warehouse as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assists with warehouse housekeeping, ensuring it is clean, orderly, and provides a safe work environment.
• Assists with special projects (cycle counting, vendor receipts, etc.).

Competencies

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid and clean driver's license required.
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
