Job summary

Worldpac is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to service on-site routes, deliver products, and handle returns while performing shipping and receiving duties at the branch. You will maintain records, generate manifests, and ensure accurate, signed deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include being 18+, having a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to operate forklift and pallet jack safely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the country you are applying in.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• Must meet state/province driver requirements prior to driving a company vehicle.
• Demonstrates great customer service and going above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Operates safely with a clean work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedures.
• Ability to drive safely and comply with safety standards.
• Capable of operating equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.

• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely and courteously.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort and prepare merchandise from receiving or production areas to storage or other areas by part and quantity.
• Ensure orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collects funds from customers when needed and maintains documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
