Overview

Captus Systems is a growing provider of integrated technology solutions, seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Support team member. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow into a Junior AV Technician role for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in timely, accurate deliveries, and wants to be part of a fast-moving operations team. In addition to delivery and warehouse responsibilities, this position offers a career pathway into the AV industry, with training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment and materials throughout the Tri-State area.
• Load and unload equipment, ensuring proper handling and transport.
• Assist with warehouse tasks including order picking, inventory tracking, and general organization.
• Maintain accurate records for deliveries and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to support scheduling and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Provide field support to AV technicians with basic cabling, setup, and installation tasks (training provided).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active tasks.
• Comfortable driving in NYC and the surrounding Tri-State area.
• Experience in warehouse or delivery roles (preferred).
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow into an AV Technician role.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: Monday–Friday (occasional early mornings or overtime may be required).
• Compensation: Starting at $20–$22 per hour (based on experience), with growth opportunities into an AV Technician position.
