All Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is hiring a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to support our Operations team in Lowell, MI. You will deliver materials to installation crews, stage supplies, and keep the warehouse organized and safe.

We value dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, and forklift training is provided if needed. This is a stable, year-round role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–100+ pounds regularly.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or material handling preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to installation crews and job sites on time.
• Stage and prepare materials for upcoming installation projects.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Load and unload company vehicles.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
• Follow company safety procedures and processes.
• Work independently while supporting the warehouse team.
• Lift and move building materials weighing 50-100+ pounds.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our installation crews by ensuring materials are delivered, organized, and ready for each project.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to installation crews and job sites safely and on time
• Stage and prepare materials for upcoming installation projects
• Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Load and unload company vehicles
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse processes
• Work independently while also supporting the warehouse team
• Lift and move building materials weighing 50-100+ pounds

What We're Looking For
