Responsibilities:

You will perform daily delivery tasks at customer facilities and job sites, including warehouse duties such as loading/unloading, picking materials, assisting with stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

How you will do it:

• Load trucks to meet schedules and secure products
• Operate forklift safely
• Deliver orders in a safe, timely manner using a 26’ company truck
• Communicate professionally with customers via face-to-face, phone, or email
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams
• Handle returned products, inspecting for damage and ensuring safe return
• Perform daily truck checks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience driving a 26’ box truck
• Ability to pass a driving test
• Proficiency with Windows, email, and Microsoft Office
• Positive interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Professional communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in customer service and warehouse operations in large-volume distribution
