Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver in Massachusetts. You will use company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, while maintaining safety and accuracy in every delivery.

The role emphasizes Customer Service excellence, teamwork with store staff, and keeping vehicles in good condition. A valid license, basic automotive knowledge, and ability to lift and load are required for this part-time position.

Qualifications

Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Driver's License & safety compliance to operate company vehicles.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and customer relationships.
Maintain delivery operations to meet time and accuracy goals while following policies.
Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of parts to customers; load and unload per route schedules.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe environment.
Process customer payments securely per company policies.
Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
