Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance per company requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely per company policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
