Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth teamwork and relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading and unloading per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely following company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain vehicles; report issues promptly.
