Job summary

1853 Royal Gorge a FedEx Contractor in Danville, IL seeks a Delivery Driver to service rural and in-town routes. No CDL required; a company vehicle and uniform are provided. Training pay starts at $180/day with $190/day after 30 days, plus weekly pay and bonus opportunities. Full-time roles offer health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Shifts begin at 7:00 AM and run until deliveries are complete; multiple schedule options are available including Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu. Route counts vary daily.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license; no CDL required.
• Ability to handle packages up to 150 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willing to submit to MVR, background check, drug test, and DOT physical; employer paid.

Responsibilities

• Pick up packages, inspect vehicles, and drive safely.
• Scan/log packages, use GPS, and complete deliveries.
