Job summary

Heritage Pro Inc in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a delivery driver to handle daily routes, load and unload packages, and operate delivery software. This is a physical role requiring driving, sorting, and moving items in all weather. A company vehicle is provided and no CDL is required.

This is a physical job that requires lifting, sorting packages, and loading your truck.. You will get in and out of delivery van, while continuously off-loading packages and using delivery software. As a delivery driver you will drive a route each day however the number delivery stops and packages will vary. You will be required to delivery your entire route everyday therefore the day is not over until you are finished, meaning this is not a 9-5 job. This position requires that you be able to work in all types of weather, with some days being hot, cold, or rainy. FedEx Ground is a 7-day operation, you must be able to work weekends as needed.

Company vehicle and uniforms are provided! No CDL necessary.

Compensation:

Training pay is 100 dollars per day. After training of 5 days, pay will be around $750 - 950 weekly for 5 days, plus monthly offered bonus. We also offer stop count pay which is after you deliver a certain number of stops you get paid per stop for that day.
