Job summary

PFG Customized is hiring for an entry-level Driver Trainee in Indiana. You will learn to operate tractor-trailers and straight trucks, working on local, intrastate, and interstate routes with safety as a priority.

The role offers a $1,600 weekly training pay guarantee, average annual earnings of $90,000+, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits begin day one, with uniform and boot allowances, and a supportive training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license required; valid DOT Health Card.
• Clean MVR in last 3 years; pass post-offer drug test and road test.
• Must be 21+ years old; able to meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete PFG Entry Level Driver Trainee program as required; training docs completed.
• Ride with driver trainer and assist deliveries; follow trainer instructions.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and report issues.
• Drive to deliver orders according to route schedule; unload and collect signatures as needed.
