Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor the delivery team and track key delivery metrics.
• Deliver products to assigned accounts and rotate/merchandise as needed.
• Update routing and scheduling; create shift plans including sick/vacation coverage.
• Ride with drivers to evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain DOT driver files and ensure compliance.
• Address customer complaints with sales supervision to resolve issues.
• Communicate pricing, promotions and program details monthly to drivers.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team environment and handle other duties as assigned.
