Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team. You will perform pre-delivery vehicle prep, verify orders for quality, and deliver to customers in a safe and courteous manner while collaborating with teammates.

You may assist with other workstation duties and must adhere to uniform and operations standards. As a team player, you will arrive on time, support other stations during shifts, and help with closing duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, proof of insurance, reliable vehicle and the ability to drive.
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learn the delivery area, check orders for quality and accuracy, follow proper delivery procedures; provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone, and act with urgency; perform other workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients and taking orders.
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, support other workstations, complete closing duties including cleaning, maintain uniform and appearance standards, contribute to teamwork, energy and a positive atmosphere.
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, execute cash management duties, use the FOCUS System; support sales by suggestively selling and distributing door hangers; maintain safe, organized and clean work areas; comply with safety and security standards.
