Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a team member to join our restaurant. You will ensure accurate orders, deliver quality products to customers, and support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. You’ll follow uniform standards and work as part of a friendly, fast-paced team.

Key duties include pre-delivery prep, learning the delivery area, processing payments using the PROFIT system, and helping boost sales while keeping a clean, safe workplace. Must be 18+, able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties including pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learning the delivery area; ensure accuracy of orders and quality customer service.
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, and maintain uniform and appearance standards.
• Process order paperwork and payments; use the PROFIT System; assist with suggestive selling to increase the check average.
