Applied Technical Services, LLC is seeking a proactive Delivery Driver & Receiving/Shipping Specialist to join our team in Indiana. This full-time role supports customer service through timely deliveries and careful handling of equipment from the warehouse to customer locations.

You will plan routes, load and unload items up to 60 lbs, verify orders, and maintain accurate mileage and records while upholding safety and communication standards with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of delivery experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred or a combination of related experience and education.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and client information with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed.

Responsibilities

• Load company van from warehouse.
• Plan efficient route delivery schedules.
• Delivery and pickup of equipment to / from customer locations as instructed.
• Assist with equipment receiving process.
• Assist with equipment shipping process.
• Interpret and process customer purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact at customer locations, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate mileage records and reports.
• Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
