Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service / warehouse experience, ideally in distribution or parts counter environment.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry abilities.
• Proficient use of English grammar, written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent; on-site work.
• Authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials, maintain stock areas, prepare orders, pick up and deliver orders, and stock supplies.
• Work from a daily schedule, work orders, and verbal/written instructions.
• Operate company vehicle and warehouse equipment as required; optimize route efficiency.
• Assist in counter and telephone sales, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety standards.
