Job summary

Staples in Omaha, NE is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport office supplies on a designated route with safety as a priority. You will load your truck as needed and deliver to customers, supporting a culture of service and reliability.

You’ll use GPS and POD devices to optimize routes, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain a clean vehicle while representing Staples with professionalism on every delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers’ license with a clean driving record
• DOT physical and drug screen clearance required, to the extent legally permissible
• Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card specific to the role
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
• Overtime may be required for full-time assignments
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and maneuver up to 130 lbs with assistance
• Safety shoes must be worn
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Deliver office supplies on assigned route and load truck when volume requires
• Safely transport products and ensure safe work practices on the road
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues on delivery
• Use GPS and POD devices to manage routes and shipments
• Assist with loading/unloading and maintain truck cleanliness
