Qualifications

• Maintains records and provides customer service on orders and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Delivers customer orders safely within a service area, interfacing with customers on order issues.
• Follows planned routes for timely deliveries while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Loads inventory into trucks and unloads orders at customer sites using material handling equipment.
• Provides professional customer service during deliveries and addresses delivery questions.
• Reviews manifests to ensure accuracy of orders and daily routes.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT regulations and internal policies.
• Maintains contact with the distribution center for delivery interruptions and missing orders.
• Prepares and maintains vehicle and customer order records per company policy.
• Contacts customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolves escalations with management.
