Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver in Boise, ID to service customers from Sherwin-Williams stores. You will load, transport and deliver items, ensuring accuracy and safety on every trip.

Responsibilities include maintaining the store vehicle, providing excellent customer service, and complying with routes, schedules and DOT regulations. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License and DOT MEC eligibility or plan to obtain it within five days of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings/weekends and maintain a safe driving record.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee must meet performance standards.
• Completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses is required for current role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers safely and on time.
• Load orders correctly and maintain vehicle in good condition.
• Complete required forms and delivery documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Follow routes and schedules; adhere to transportation laws.
• Operate vehicles and related equipment; assist with warehouse duties.
