Job summary

Rock Solid Janitorial Inc. is seeking a dependable Pick-up and Delivery (P&D) Driver to deliver supplies and equipment according to a prepared schedule.

The role requires efficient organization, reliable communication, and accurate record-keeping. The driver reports to the Office Manager, Area Supervisors, and Executive Director, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; weekend work may occur but is adjusted to meet days off.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurable.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be trainable and able to follow directions.
• Must adjust to scheduling changes.
• Must accept constructive criticism and work independently or with a team.
• Must maintain confidentiality and pass a background check.
• Ability to operate with safety and attention to chemicals and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies and equipment to designated locations following a prepared schedule.
• Keep accurate records and notes for each location; complete inventory sheets daily.
• Inspect and report equipment issues and coordinate returns/replacements as needed.
• Assist with warehouse setup, contracts, and equipment turnover as required.
• Return to office by 4:30 pm and offload and file paperwork and keys.
