Quick Drop Logistics in Bakersfield, CA is hiring Delivery Drivers/Associates to deliver Amazon packages safely and on time. You will use a company device, load and drive, and follow safety standards while serving customers in all weather. Expect about 4–5 days per week with up to 10 hours per day.

No prior experience is required. Compensation starts at $22.25–$24 per hour, with OT during high-volume events and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (21+).
• Able to pass a background check and a 4‑panel drug screen.
• Physically active (walking, stairs; lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Become a Delivery Driver/ Associate with Quick Drop Logistics. No previous work experience is required. Compensation: $22.25 to $24 per hour depending on experience.

Quick Drop Logistics is a locally owned and family-operated Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Bakersfield Kern County. We’re hiring dedicated, reliable, safety focused drivers who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard as a team. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. We are currently looking to fill full-time, part-time and weekend driver positions in Bakersfield Kern County.

Job Description

Delivery Associate Responsibilities:

• Deliver Amazon packages safely and efficiently to homes and businesses
• Use a company-provided device for navigation and delivery completion
• Load, drive, and deliver while following safety and customer service standards
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• You can expect to work about 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (must be 21+)
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and 4-Panel Drug Screen (as required)
• Comfortable with a physically active job (walking, stairs; lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills

Additional Information

Pay & Hours

• $22.25/hour starting
• One weekend day requirement
• Overtime (OT) available during high volume events
• Potentially up to 10-hour shifts

Breaks

• 30-minute unpaid lunch (clock-out required before 5th hour)

• Two paid 15-minute breaks
