Job summary

Talaria Delivery LLC in Bakersfield, CA is hiring Delivery Associates to safely deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes. You will load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle, navigate with a company handheld device, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and read and write English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day.
• Able to work 8–10 hour shifts.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening where permitted by law.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes.
• Load, unload, and prepare the delivery vehicle.
• Follow safety procedures and navigate with a handheld device.

• Assist teammates as needed for operational support.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

As a Delivery Associate, you'll be the face of the company-safely delivering packages to homes and businesses while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Shifts Available

• Full-time (up to 40 hours/week)


• Part-time (up to 30 hours/week)


• Day shift


• Weekdays and at least one weekend day

What You'll Be Doing

Work Schedule & Breaks

Qualifications

1. Clean driving record the last 7 years


2. Clean criminal record the last 7 years


3. Willingness to submit to a 4 panel drug test (we don't test for THC)


4. Willing to work up to 10 hours day


5. Must be 21+ of age


6. Must have a valid Driver License.


7. Must be able to read and comprehend English.


8. Willing to delivery 350+ packages


9. Willing to lift up to 50 lbs


10. Must be able to work one day of the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
