Base pay range

$15.50/hr - $16.00/hr

Overview

Job Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of customer's purchases, while ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle.
• Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent.
• Accurately package and prepare items for home/business delivery.
• Schedule delivery route in the most efficient manner to ensure timely delivery with least travel required.
• Collect payments from customers including cash, check, and charge transactions.
• Accurately make change.
• Inform patients of prescription counseling services when delivering prescriptions.
• Proper processing of receipts upon completion of delivery.
• Ensure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on the company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior.
• Replenish delivery supplies as needed.
• Greet customers using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed.
• React to potential shoplifters following company policy.
• Keep current with all State and Federal requirements related to employment conditions.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Read and sign the Fleet Management Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED.

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing.

Additional Requirements for Vermont Employees

• Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician.

Experience

Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position.

Special Conditions of Employment

• Drug test.
• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring.
• Additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position.

Compensation

$15.50 - $16.00 an hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
