Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is hiring a delivery driver in Hugo, OK to safely operate a PepsiCo truck and deliver beverages to local stores on a fixed or changing route. You will unload, merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure promotions are executed on schedule.

At least 21 and holding a CDL Class A, you will comply with DOT regulations, lift heavy cases, and work in varying weather. JOIN a team focused on safe, timely service and customer satisfaction.

• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving and handling product.
• Build positive relationships with store contacts and complete daily paperwork (invoices, cash/charges).

Quick Look

• Pay: $28.15 per hour
• Location: Hugo, OK
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
• Start Time: 4 to 6 A.M.
• End Time: 2 to 4 P.M.

Deliver, sell, and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Safely drive a PepsiCo truck to deliver products on an established or contingency route (routes may change day to day)
• Deliver products and execute all promotions, ensuring every scheduled customer is serviced by the end of your shift
• Unload product and merchandise each account to local standards (stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and keep product organized in backrooms/coolers as applicable)
• Follow DOT regulations and safe work practices while driving, delivering, and handling product
• Build positive working relationships with store contacts and complete required daily paperwork (including invoices and settlement of cash/charges when applicable)

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions (with or without accommodation)
