Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route delivery associate to service local stores in Ada, OK. You will drive a route, unload and merchandise beverages such as Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina, and build in-store displays to PepsiCo standards.

The role starts at 4:00 am and runs through 2:00 pm, five days a week, with on-the-job training and opportunities for long-term growth within PepsiCo.

• Reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products

Deliver, sell, and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You'll Do

• Sell and execute promotions while delivering product to scheduled customers


• Service all scheduled customers by the end of the shift and deliver strong customer service


• Rotate and stock product in backrooms, on shelves, and in displays (including coolers, vending equipment, and backroom inventory) to ensure freshness


• Build displays and set up promotional materials (pricing signs, banners, and other POS) to local standards


• Place future orders, generate invoices, and complete daily settlement of cash and charges using provided tools

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older


• Valid CDL Class A License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)


• Ability to communicate effectively in English


• Position requires pushing/pulling cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout the day as well as kneeling, climbing, bending, reaching and walking while delivering and stocking the product (with or without accommodation)


• Position requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions (with or without accommodation)
