Job summary

Job Title:Delivery Driver/Parts Warehouse Associate

Peak Thermo King is seeking a Delivery Driver/Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fife, Washington.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming parts and stock orders, verify shipments for accuracy, and process receipts in the system.
• Put received parts away promptly in the correct, clearly labeled bin locations.
• Review open customer orders and backorders, pull available parts, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Plan and complete daily delivery routes, prioritizing customer parts and time-sensitive orders.
• Deliver parts accurately and on time while providing professional, responsive customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory by recording parts movements, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the system.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
• Assist with cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Process and organize cores, warranty returns, vendor returns, and interbranch transfers as needed.
• Monitor incoming and outstanding orders and elevate receiving, inventory, or delivery issue promptly.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle and ensure parts are safely loaded, secured, and transported.
• Support other parts-department and warehouse duties as workload permits.
