Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to join our store team in a role focused on safe, timely deliveries and excellent customer service. You’ll use company-provided vehicles to serve commercial accounts and DIY customers, while maintaining accurate routes and reporting any vehicle issues.

We seek candidates 18+, with a valid license and basic automotive knowledge, who can lift and deliver merchandise and work a full-time flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries to customers; load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
