Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Delivery Driver to support our store teams and serve commercial customers with automotive expertise. You will drive company vehicles to deliver parts, assist DIY shoppers, and help maintain strong customer relationships while following safety policies.

This full-time role requires a valid license, basic automotive knowledge, and a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong customer relationships and smooth teamwork.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to ensure a safe driving and working environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly to ensure reliability.
