Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and ensure safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to customers.
• Handle returns, cores, and parts pickup from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely and in line with company policies.
• Stay informed on promotions and automotive products, maintain delivery vehicles, and report issues promptly.
