Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Delivery Driver will deliver parts to a predetermined group of customers. The driver should be friendly, courteous, and able to work well with others in a team environment. The Delivery Driver should aim to complete deliveries promptly, following all applicable laws and company policies.

Knowledge, Skills, Duties And Abilities

• Deliver orders accurately to customers via driving a vehicle.
• Pick up cores and returns from customers, and process credits accurately.
• Handle or report customer issues to the Store or Warehouse Manager.
• Report to work punctually and consistently.
• Provide basic vehicle maintenance and care.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets standards.
• Follow all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Driver's Handbook, and Fleet Safety Policy.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Conditions Of Employment

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required prior to hire and maintained thereafter.
• Complete a pre-employment drug test successfully.

Work Schedule

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, to provide quality service and support business growth.
