Baystate Delivery Inc is hiring an Amazon Delivery Driver in Plymouth, MA. The role uses a company‑provided delivery van to safely deliver packages on a set route. Training is paid, and a vehicle is supplied by the company.

The position is full‑time, four days per week, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8–10 hours). Weekly pay and benefits are included, along with overtime after 40 hours and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift and carry packages.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Deliver Amazon packages accurately and on time.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions.
• Load, organize, and handle packages safely.
• Use a company-provided smartphone and delivery applications.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Follow company safety procedures and traffic laws.
• Communicate with dispatch and management during your shift.
• Complete daily vehicle and safety checks.
• Work efficiently in different weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
