Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Monroe, LA is seeking a reliable Driver to support on-time deliveries and safe loading of materials for our contractor customers. You will operate company vehicles, perform warehouse duties when not delivering, and maintain accurate reports while complying with DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• Proof of valid driver's license and ability to meet Crawford requirements
• DOT physical required or ability to obtain one
• PIT proficiency; reach truck, order picker, sit-down propane certifications are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Ensures good customer relations through on-time deliveries and courteous service
• Transport and delivery of goods in a timely manner
• Pick materials for orders, load/unload, and manifest ship tickets
• Safely secure loads and verify freight counts
• Maintain vehicle logs and report any issues to management
• Perform warehouse duties when not delivering and keep areas clean
