Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are essential to delivering positive customer experiences in a store-based role that involves driving, installing, moving, and showcasing merchandise. You’ll split time between indoor and outdoor work, supporting day-to-day operations and engaging with customers in the community.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $13.75 to $14.50, plus a benefits package that may include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other programs designed to support you

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US (18+ in Canada).
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Ability to work a schedule with hours 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work in all outdoor weather conditions (rain, heat).

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
