Keystone Automotive Operations in York, PA is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL). This full-time role delivers auto parts to customers in company vehicles, with a Monday–Friday schedule and early morning starts.

The position includes competitive hourly pay and a $1,000 retention bonus, plus potential hourly raises based on performance. You’ll load and unload safely, verify orders with dispatch, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding DOT and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
