Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in Richmond, IN is hiring a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our distribution team. In this full-time role you’ll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to customers, maintaining safety and professionalism.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with 4–5 days per week, early mornings, and a $17.00 hourly pay plus a $1,000 retention bonus and periodic raises.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 6 months driving a 15 ft box truck or larger.
• No motor vehicle violations in the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and keep the vehicle organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

No MV violations in 24 months
