Keystone Automotive Operations in Alsip, IL is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our distribution team. This full-time role delivers top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts to customers with safety and customer service in mind.

The position offers a weekday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Expect a starting hourly rate of $18.50 with potential raises and a $1,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft.box truck, or bigger.
• Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months.
• Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories.
• Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity.
• Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
