Job summary

Hajoca Corporation, at the Egg Harbor Township, NJ location, is seeking a Delivery Driver Non CDL. The role involves safely operating a truck over 10,000 lbs, loading/unloading cargo, and delivering to job sites and Hajoca locations.

You will collect payments for cash sales and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are at least 21 with a valid license, able to pass a DOT physical, and capable of handling documentation and basic calculations.

Qualifications

• Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before starting and every two years while employed.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with company rules and laws; deliver to job sites, facilities, and other Hajoca locations.
• Load and secure merchandise for delivery; ensure safe unloading and obtain signatures.
• Verify shipping documents and order accuracy; provide sales leads at delivery sites.
• Manage cash collection for cash sales prior to release of material; maintain truck and equipment in safe condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Skills
