Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Delivery Driver to service commercial accounts and DIY customers with safe, on-time deliveries. No CDL is required, and you will use company-provided vehicles to move parts efficiently.

You will work with store teams to uphold WOW! customer service, maintain accurate delivery records, and follow PPE and safety policies while building product knowledge and customer relationships across Spanish and English speakers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and safety compliance.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts for smooth operations.
• Maintain delivery operations to meet time and accuracy goals per route schedules.
• D rive company-provided vehicles and load/unload parts for deliveries.
• Process returns, cores, and pickups from nearby stores or vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe workplace.
• Handle cash & card transactions in line with company policies.
• Stay current on promotions and products; report vehicle or equipment issues promptly.
